Bringing History Beyond the Museum Walls
Ghosts of the Battlefield brings historic artifacts to events, connecting veterans and communities while preserving stories of service and sacrifice.

Every artifact has a story. Every photograph carries a memory. And every conversation helps ensure that the moments of history preserved within the Ghosts of the Battlefield collection continue to live on for future generations.
While the collection is preserved through museum displays and shared with audiences online, one of the most important parts of the mission is bringing these pieces of history directly to the community. Through displays at events, gatherings, and special exhibitions, Ghosts of the Battlefield has the opportunity to place these artifacts in front of the people who can connect with them most—the veterans, families, and members of the public who want to learn, remember, and honor the sacrifices of those who served.
Each display is more than a collection of objects arranged for viewing. It is a chance to start conversations, share personal stories, and create connections between the past and the present. A uniform, photograph, or personal artifact can transform from an object behind glass into a reminder of a real person, a real experience, and a real sacrifice.
It is always an honor to bring pieces of the Ghosts of the Battlefield collection to veterans and the community. By sharing these artifacts beyond the museum and online spaces, we help preserve the experiences of those who served and ensure their stories are never forgotten.
History matters most when it is shared.
