We have acquired the uniform of Private H. Roberts of the 1st Anti Aircraft Battalion, the uniform grouping has arrived here and after cataloging and prerservation will be placed on display with the unit history. During World War I, the United States Army formed the 1st Anti-Aircraft Battalion to address the growing threat posed by enemy aircraft. This unit played a significant role in the development of anti-aircraft defenses and tactics during the war.
